It is enough to add a small amount of grated ginger to your tea or prepare a healing broth of ginger, honey and a piece of lemon. You can also chew small pieces of root during the day. By the way, if you want to extend the life of ginger by freezing it, don’t do it – it loses some of its beneficial properties.

Numerous studies of scientists have proven that probiotics facilitate the course of the disease, speed up recovery and help strengthen immunity, especially in children. And yogurt, like other fermented milk products, is a natural probiotic. This delicious product normalizes the gastrointestinal tract and restores intestinal microflora, which inevitably leads to increased protective functions of the body. This is due to the fact that in the intestines probiotics stimulate the development of cells that “teach” antibodies to fight infections. Just choose a yogurt with a natural flavour and no additives. It is better to supplement it with fruits and spices at home.
These red berries are a treasure trove of vitamin C, which is much more in them than in lemons! And in dried form, the rosehip does not lose its healing properties at all. And it also has a powerful bactericidal properties, because the infusion of its berries (and leaves, too) is recommended for the prevention of colds, and to treat inflammatory processes. To prepare the curative broth is very simple: pour 500 ml of boiling water into a handful of rosehips and cook in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
