A cat meow translation app created

The developer of the application said that he taught his application to recognize the meowing of his cat and learned to understand when he asks to release it or feed it. The former engineer of Amazon, and now the manager in technological company Akvelon Javier Sanchez created applications for translation of cat meowing in human words.

It is noted that cats can express nine basic emotions by meowing, including a request to feed or a complaint of pain. In addition, it is claimed that cats have their own unique sounds.

The MeowTalk application, using advanced artificial intelligence, is designed to translate the unique sound of your cat. Pet owners can record their cat’s meowing, and the application will recognize and translate it into one of the nine common cat intentions, transmitting their mood and state of mind. In this case, the developers pay attention to the fact that each cat has its own unique vocalization and “vocabulary”, going beyond these nine basic emotions.

The developer of the application Javier Sanchez said that he taught his application to recognize the meowing of his cat Mittens and learned to understand when he asks to release it or feed it. At the same time, he warns that it is necessary to spend time on training the application.

“MeowTalk is not static, it learns and develops with every translation you confirm, just as we add new words to our own memory banks or language processing programs,” quotes Konstantin Korovkin, chief operating officer and co-founder of Akvelon.

Since MeowTalk is still under development, feedback on it is mixed. Although people recognize that the application is new and has some shortcomings and errors, it is a delightful and interesting way to spend time with your pets.
