Jacket users can create different touch patterns
The H&M Lab technology division in Berlin presented a jacket for hugging at a distance. The development of Wearable Love is designed for those who feel a lack of tactile sensations in the forced self-isolation caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
Sensors are built into the denim jacket to create a hug feeling.
Each jacket has a unique code, it can be shared with a loved one, and then he can activate the sensors using a special application and Bluetooth technology,” the message says.
It is noted that the users of the jacket can create different patterns of touch so that it is clear who is hugging you.
The developers have released a new video teaser showing the possible uses of the jacket. When the novelty goes on sale, it is not yet known.
