Google makes dinosaurs “real”

Technology giant Google has added to its search engine the ability to look at 3D models of animals in augmented reality. The new feature has gained popularity among users, while developers have expanded the list of objects that could be transferred to our world. In late June, Google allowed dinosaurs to be viewed through mobile gadgets.

So far, there are ten models of ancient dinosaurs:
Tyrannosaurus rex

Brachiosaurus
Ankylosaurus

Parasaurolofus
Stegosaurus
Dilophosaurus

Triceratops

Spinosaurus
Pteranodon
Veloceraptor

It is noted that Google used animal models from the mobile AR-game Jurassic World Alive. The new Jurassic World feature will require an ARCore-compatible Android smartphone. According to The Verge, you will need an iPhone 11 Pro to work on iOS, although ARcore works with the iPhone 11, but it failed to run AR-dinosaurs through a search engine.
