Classic French toasts with butter

Eggs 4 pcs.

Milk 1/4 cup

Vanilla 1 pinch

Cinnamon 1 pinch

Nutmeg 1 pinch

Sugar 2 st. l.

Butter (creamy) 5 Art. l.

Bread (brioche, thick slices) 8 pcs.

Syrup (maple) 4 Art. l.

 

Preparation process

    Mix vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.

    Mix milk and eggs separately, add the sugar mixture and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    Heat a spoonful of butter in a frying pan.

    Slices of bread dipped in the whole milk mixture and then fry on both sides until golden brown.

    Serve toast hot with a slice of butter, watering with maple syrup.

 

French toast with brie cheese and maple syrup

Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs.

Milk 250 ml

Syrup (maple) 3 st. l.

Cinnamon 1 pinch

Vanilla 1 pinch

Salt 1 pinch

Bread (light) 4 slices

Cheese (brie) 100 г

Berries (fresh) 1 handful

 

Preparation process

    Mix the eggs, milk, a spoonful of syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.

    Dip slices of bread into the mixture and fry them in a pan until golden brown.

    Serve the toast hot with brie cheese, berries and maple syrup.

 

French toast with lavender sugar and blueberries

An exquisite version of the toast is moderately sweet and very photogenic.

Ingredients

Sugar 100 г

Lavender 1 tsp.

Bread (brioche, fresh) 1/2 pcs.

Milk 180 ml

Cream (fat) 120 ml

Eggs 2 pcs.

Flour 30 г

Butter (creamy) 15 г

Blueberry (fresh) 1 handful

Lemon (zest) 1 st. l.

 

Preparation process

    Grind sugar and lavender in a grinder to a powder state.

    Bring the milk and cream to the boil, then pour it into a separate bowl.

    Add 2 eggs, half of the powdered sugar, flour. Whisk until homogeneous.

    Cover the rest of the pigeon with powdered sugar.

    Wrap slices of whole bread in egg and milk mixture.

    Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the slices on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.

    Serve the toast hot by sprinkling sugar powder on top and adding the candied blueberry and lemon peel.

Milk 50 ml

Bread (brioche) 4 slices

Jam (lingonberry) 4 Art. l.

Salt 1 pinch

 

Preparation process

    Mix two eggs with milk and add a pinch of salt.

    Dip slices of bread into the mixture and fry in a frying pan until golden brown.

    Fry the two eggs in a frying pan with a frosting.

    Fry the roasted toast with jam, put the glaze on top and serve hot.

 

French toast with bacon

    Eggs, milk and sugar whisk together.

    In the mixture dipped slices of bread.

    Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the slices until golden brown.

    Slightly fry bacon. Serve together with hot toast.
