Microsoft will simplify the exchange of web links in Windows 10

Microsoft Edge has an interesting feature that will make it easier for many to share content. The fact is that the company offered users two options for copying the URL: in plain text format or in the format of an active link.

To copy a link in text format, you will need to use the usual keyboard shortcut Ctrl + V, and to copy (and paste into any application) the active link, you will need to press Ctrl + Shift + V at the same time. The second option is convenient because regardless of the “insert” program, the link will still be active.

It doesn’t matter if it’s an MS Office document or a messenger. Copy and paste active links, it will be easier for users to share content.

The feature implemented in Edge may soon appear in Windows 10 at the system level.
