New incredibly fast Wi-Fi standard has been developed

The network has got some pretty interesting information about you that a new Wi-Fi standard has been developed to make your connection faster and more secure.

We are talking about 6 GHz Wi-Fi – this technology was supported by the US Federal Communications Commission. According to experts, the opening of a new frequency band will positively affect the convenience of Internet users in a global pandemic. This is primarily due to the fact that the new standard will “unload” already jammed channels and frequency bands, which would not be possible with the former frequencies of 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

It is planned that the first devices that will receive support for Wi-Fi 6 GHz by the end of 2020, and therefore its widespread implementation will be faster than might be expected. On such devices there will be a special mark: Wi-Fi 6E.
