People who disconnect from online games will be replaced by artificial intelligence

Many people are familiar with the situation in multiplayer games, when one of his teammates suddenly decides to leave the match (or does not solve, and he just has problems with the connection). Remaining incomplete, the team has a great chance to lose. Sony seems to have found a solution to the problem. From the company’s new patent it follows that people who disconnect from online games will be replaced by artificial intelligence.

The idea, of course, is not new. But Sony takes it to a higher level. According to a patent application, when a player exits or stops responding, he is replaced by a computer version that behaves almost the same way a player would. The computer analyzes the previous actions of a person and forms a similar strategy. Thus, the multiplayer game continues without interruptions or even significant changes.
