If you wanted a perfect life, a stable relationship, proper nutrition and a measured existence, you would have it all. But the thing is, you don’t need a perfect life at all. You need the colors of life.
You don’t have a perfect life because you can’t do it, you’re lazy, you’re not motivated or you don’t work hard enough.
You don’t need it. You don’t want to look like a Hollywood picture, lead a perfect life, work your way down or have a perfect relationship. Perfect is boring and tiresome. It makes us miserable and dead before time. There are many people who spin like squirrels in a wheel. They work on all fronts, and have a little more than you. They’re not perfect either, although they’re working hard.
This is where the Law of Pareto works: “20% of the effort gives 80% of the result and the remaining 80% of the effort only 20% of the result”. Why do you have to try and work so hard? The perfect life is not for you.
You don’t want to die at work and work around the clock, and you’re fine with the life you have. Your figure and appearance are normal.
Spend half your life in the gym, eating bad food and limiting yourself to everything? Screw it. You can’t have a good time, hang out with friends and have a good rest? Keeping yourself safe from everything? Become an absolute teetotaller to live in old age for a year more? It’s a dubious pleasure.
A permanent relationship is good when you’re fattening up. It’s much more fun coming home every weekend with a new busty girlfriend. Don’t listen to married people. They want their own freedom and new chicks for sex.
Theater director Konstantin Stanislavsky said: “While we are young, we must arm ourselves with a toothbrush and go where the eyes are looking. To laugh, to do crazy things, to cry, to go against the system, to read as much as it seems that it will not fit in the head, to love that there is strength, to feel. Just to live.”
Who is to blame for the fact that people are unhappy and can’t live with 50 years of life ahead of them? To hell with calm and perfect. Don’t listen to saints and nerds. They are unhappy. Live a cheerful, diverse and cute life. The perfect life isn’t for you. It’s a boring and sterile thing.
