Xiaomi has officially unveiled its new affordable Redmi 9T smartphone, the main features of which at a low price are a large display and a large battery. The model is equipped with a 6.53-inch display with Full HD + resolution, which has Corning Gorilla Glass 3, as well as Widevine L1 and TUV Rheinland certificates. The smartphone is responsible for the budget octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset, which runs at up to 2 GHz, and also includes an Adreno 610 graphics adapter. It is paired with 4 GB of RAM, with an internal capacity of 64 GB. It can be expanded with a microSD memory card up to 512 GB.
The smartphone is equipped with a main quad-camera, which includes a 48 MP main sensor, 8 MP ultra-wide, 2 MP macro and a 2 MP depth sensor, as well as an 8 MP front drop-shaped camera. The 6,000 mAh battery, which supports 18W charging, but comes with a 22.5W charger, is responsible for autonomy. A smartphone with Google Pay support will be delivered to the Ukrainian market via the NFC module. The smartphone also has a 3.5 mm minijack and an infrared port. The smartphone weighs 198 grams, with a thickness of 9.6 millimeters, it will be available in gray, blue, orange and green. The model will be sold at a price of 160 euros, the start of sales is scheduled for March.
