Redmi Note 10 could be the brand’s first smartphone with a 108MP camera

A couple of days ago, the CEO of Redmi hinted at the launch of the brand’s new smartphone in China. The company will most likely introduce new models of the Redmi K30 and Redmi Note 10 series.

The Redmi Note 10 is rumored to be a rebranding of the Mi 10T Lite smartphone, which is aimed at the European market. Today it was reported that the device will have other cameras.

An insider at Digital Chat Station tweeted that Redmi Note 10 with model number “J17” will be equipped with a 108MP camera. In addition, he will receive a telephoto lens and a macro sensor. If you remember, the Mi 10T Lite had the model number M2007J17G. Usually “G” stands for global version and therefore M2007J17C should be the Chinese version of the device.

As a reminder, the Mi 10T Lite debuted with a 120Hz LCD display, Snapdragon 750G processor, 4820mAh battery, 64MP main camera, and ultra wide-angle and macro lenses.

As for the Redmi Note 10, it will presumably have a 120Hz LCD display, Snapdragon 750G processor, 108MP main camera, 4800mAh battery with 33W fast charging. This confirms the rumor that the Redmi Note 10 will be a modified version of the Mi 10T Lite in China. It also echoes an earlier report from XDA that both Chinese variants will have 108MP sensors.
