How to make granola at home
If store-bought granola, which may contain unhealthy additives and too much sugar, isn’t your option, make a delicious breakfast at home. Especially since it is very easy to do.
Flakes (oatmeal) 300 г
Nuts (walnuts) 150 г
Seeds (pumpkin) 100 г
Seeds (sunflower seeds) 100 г
Seeds (chia seeds) to taste
Seeds (Hemp) to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Water 150 ml
Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the water and stir to combine.
Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and send it to the oven heated to 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
After baking you can decorate granola with dried fruit, coconut.
How to Make a Delicious Chicken Bagel
A bagel with chicken, soft cheese and lettuce is good for a hearty snack or breakfast.
Bagel (with poppy seeds) 1 pc.
Salad leaf to taste
Cheese (soft) 1 slice
Chicken (breast) 150 г
Oregano to taste
Curcuma to taste
Lemon (juice) to taste
Wash and dry the chicken breast, then pound it. Drizzle chicken breast with lemon juice, sprinkle with spices.
Fry the breast on a pan without oil (3-5 minutes on each side).
Cut the bagel in half. Place lettuce leaves, chicken breast and cheese on the bottom of the bagel. Cover the top of the burger.
How to make avocado hummus at home
Try an even healthier version of hummus packed with the right fats. Avocado hummus pairs well with celery, yams, and carrots – get a vitamin boost and enjoy the flavor.
Avocado 1 pc.
Chickpeas 2 cups
Garlic 2 cloves
Tahini (sesame paste) 2 tsp.
Olive oil (extra virgin) 4 tsp.
Lemon 1/3 part
Ice 2 cube
Salt 1 to taste
Pepper (chili) to taste
Blend chickpeas, tahini, garlic, salt, olive oil, avocado lemon juice in a blender.
Add water and ice to the mixture, whisk again.
Transfer to a bowl, drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle with red chili pepper flakes.
How to make juicy nuggets at home
Juicy breaded chicken breast makes a great addition to lunch or dinner.
Chicken (breast) 500 г
Flakes (cornflakes) 250 г
Eggs (chicken) 2 pcs.
Salt to taste
Turmeric to taste
Pepper (black) to taste
Pepper (cayenne) to taste
Wash and dry chicken breast, cut into small slices. Add some spices, stir to combine.
Grind cornflakes in a blender, season with spices.
In a bowl, whisk two eggs.
Dip each slice on both sides first in eggs, then in cornflakes and place on parchment paper lined baking tray.
Place the nuggets in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, flip after 10 minutes and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Serve the juicy breaded chicken slices with or without any sauce.
How to make a delicious vegan dessert without baking
These coconut-walnut cookies are gluten-free and suitable for vegans.
Peanut paste (or cashew paste) 1 cup
Syrup (maple syrup) 1/3 cup
Vanilla (extract) 1 tsp.
Flour (coconut) 1 cup
Flour (almond) 1/2 cup
Sea salt 1 pinch
Chocolate (drops) 1 package
Butter (coconut oil) 2 tbsp.
Combine the pasta, syrups, flour, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Add chocolate drops to the mass to taste.
Spread the mixture in an even and thin layer in a container and place in the fridge.
Mix coconut oil and remaining chocolate drops and melt.
Take the base out of the refrigerator and pour over the chocolate mixture. Place in fridge for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the cookies with a pinch of sea salt.
