Update Telegram has added a video call function and new animated emodsies. The novelty is available for iOS and Android devices.

Telegram developers use endpoint encryption to secure video calls. Within the corresponding call, users can compare 4 emodsi, and if the smileys are the same, it means that the connection is secure.
