Flakes (oatmeal) 40 г
Milk 200 ml
Cocoa (powder) 2 tsp.
Berries (frozen) 1 handful
Syrup (maple syrup) 1 tbsp.
Cooking process
Pour oatmeal into a bowl and pour milk over it.
Place in microwave for 2 minutes.
Take the ready porridge out of the microwave, sprinkle with cocoa powder, garnish with berries, pour syrup over it and serve hot.

Cooking process
Break the eggs in a bowl, add the milk and beat with a fork until smooth.
Grease a plate with butter and pour the egg mixture into it.
Place in microwave for 2 minutes. Do not forget to cover with a special lid.
After the omelet is cooked, add chopped tomatoes and red peppers. Serve hot.
Donut with jam in a mug
An unusual sweet breakfast that is sure to please both adults and children.
Ingredients
Butter (butter) 30 г
Flour 4 tbsp.
Eggs (yolk)
1 egg (egg yolk) 1 pc.
Sugar 2 tbsp.
Milk 1 tbsp.
Baking powder 1/2 tsp.

Jam (strawberry) 1 tbsp.

Quinoa 1/2 cup
Water 1 cup
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
Butter (butter) 2 tsp.
Syrup (maple) 2 tbsp.
Banana 1 pc.
Cooking process
Rinse the quinoa, pour it into a bowl and pour a glass of water.
Add the cinnamon and butter and put in the microwave for 4 minutes.
Remove the cooked grits and cover for 2 minutes.
Serve warm with banana slices and maple syrup.
